Basic Rules & Information
Arrival
Upon arrival, we will personally welcome you, check your passport, and request a credit card for the security deposit (no charge applied during check-in). If self-check-in is necessary, you will find a key box inside the yard gate. The password will be sent to you separately.
Cleaning Service
Complimentary cleaning is provided every 4 nights
Pool Use
- The pool is cleaned during scheduled cleaning or earlier if necessary.
- Heated pool is available from October to May. Please keep the cover on when not in use to maintain warmth.
- Do not dive, jump, or run around the pool. The tiles can be slippery when wet.
- Avoid sharp objects, glassware, or entering the pool after heavy meals or excessive drinking.
- Use the pool under supervision, especially for little children, who should stay in the designated children’s section.
- Pool umbrellas and hammocks must be closed when not in use or during windy conditions.
- Gray towels are for pool use only and should not be taken to the beach or used outside the villa.
General Rules
- Report any damages immediately. Any damages noticed on arrival must be reported on the same day or the next to avoid charges for pre-existing issues.
- Avoid altering TV, Wi-Fi, or other device settings.
- Do not throw toilet paper or objects into the toilet; use the bin provided.
- Turn off air conditioning and appliances when not in use.
Fireplace Use
For decorative purpose only. Use not allowed.
BBQ
Use only coals—never wood or other materials—and do not overfill with coals to avoid fire hazards. Fire extinguishers and blankets are available under the BBQ and kitchen sink.
Jacuzzi
Ensure the water covers the jets before starting. Avoid excessive soap to prevent overflow. Always follow the provided safety instructions.
First Aid
A kit is available in the main bathroom above the laundry machine. Contact us immediately in case of a serious issue, and we can arrange for a doctor to visit if necessary.
Power Supply
Power outages may occur for repairs. Do not attempt to fix electrical issues yourself. Contact us for assistance.
Grass Watering System
Automatic irrigation occurs around 5:00 am. Avoid leaving personal items on the lawn overnight.
Parties
Parties or unregistered guests are prohibited without prior notice. Violations may result in cancellation of the reservation.
